What you need to git is hit in your soul. And by “hit,” we mean chicken soup.

Chicken and dumpling soup, to be exact.

And by “dumplings,” we mean gnocchi. Potato gnocchi.

All mixed together with Oregon mushrooms, onions and seasonal root vegetables, which we add to a stock that we’ve simmered and burnished for two whole days until our chicken broth brows.

Perfect for the blues, and for those achey bones, too.

But it’s still good for your healthy bones, as well.
