Here’s how it works: Original Executive Chef AJ Voytko is partnering up with local condiment makers, and whipping up large batches of condiment-inspired finger foods. Makers include Secret Aardvark, FatDog Mustard, Red Duck Ketchup Co., and Portlandia Foods, the makers of Portland’s line of organic ketchup.
And Chef AJ’s not just using each condiment to dream up a few starters—he’s dreaming up four starters for each condiment.
Plus, we’ll be featuring condiment-inspired pairing cocktails courtesy of Sage Restaurant Group Director of Beverages (and former Oregon Bartenders Guild President) Brandon Wise.
The dinner includes á la cart starters (16 in all) and two specialty cocktails crafted just for the occasion.

Tickets are only $35. Proceeds go straight to the Children’s Cancer Association whose mission is to bring the joy of music to children being treated for cancer in local hospitals.
