Homegrown_WedMondays are blue.

Fridays are, well, this, and Saturdays, of course, were made for fighting.

But the sunniest of all days just might be Wednesday, that most optimistic of days that signals or weekly grind are nigh.

Don’t believe us? come on in and sample something off our Homegrown Wednesdays Cocktail menu, which pairs locally distilled spirits with local, seasonal ingredients.

Our current line-up includes:

CUMBER-TINI

Small’s Gin (Ransom Distillers, Sheridan), Imbue Bittersweet Vermouth (Willamette Valley) and muddled cucumber

THE RODEO

Pendleton Whiskey (Hood River), sweet vermouth, Grand Marnier, bitters, served up with a flamed orange

MOUNT HOOD

Temperance Trader Bourbon (Bull Run Distillers, right here in PDX), house orange-brown sugar simple syrup, Stumptown Coffee (again, PDX, OR), whipped cream and housemade caramel sauce
