this weekend at the at Bite of Oregon’s annual Iron Chef Oregon competition. What’s he planning on doing?

“Making victories on a plate.”

At 7pm on Friday, August 8, Chef Justin will have just 30 minutes take an open pantry and one secret ingredient and whip it all up something dazzling enough to seduce the judges and earn him a semi-final matchup seed the following night.

Assisting Justin will be our pastry Chef Jordan Crews, who says, “Think of us like we’re two lactose-intolerant astronauts trying to quench our thirst with the milky way.”

Buckle up, kids. It’s fixin’ to get real.
