So long Cholula and Tabasco sauces*! Goodbye Heinz Ketchup and Mustard*!

When it comes to SOS—shorthand for “sauce on the side,” which is how your server communicates to the kitchen that, indeed, you do want mayo, but that you’d rather apply it yourself—we’re dropping the national standards and opting instead for some local flavor.

And it’s all natural, preservative-free flavor, devoid of anything that end in “ate” or “ite.”

Behold Fat Dog Mustard, made by locals with regional and local ingredients, right down to the horseradish, eggs and cayenne and serrano peppers.

Spread some on your cheeseburger.

We’re also stocking Camden’s Catsup, the all-natural condiment dreamt up by Micah Camden, king of the increasingly not-so-micro-chain, Little Big Burger.

Dip your fries in it.

Lastly, you’ll wanna try NW Elixirs Hott Sauce No. 1, a habanero and honey salsa that started as a conversation between two local service industry veterans before the pair decided to share it with the rest of us.
