ROSE N’ MARY Wednesday, June 25, 2014
so put on your whitest pants and sip at what we think tastes a lot like your last summer seaside holiday.
In other words, it’s high gin season, and that means Gin and Tonics and Tom Collinses for the next 90 days.
But if you like your gin a little more spruced up—literally and figuratively—then let us stir you up a subtly complex cocktail that we’re calling the Rose N’ Mary.
Here’s what’s in one: Hendrick’s gin, Cointreau, Elisir MP Roux Herbal Liqueur, OG original rosemary syrup and fresh lime juice with a few bundled together rosemary needles.
Expect to taste juniper, caraway, honey, chamomile, elderflower, almond, lemon, ginseng, coriander, marjoram, orange, lime, pine, nutmeg, star anise and, of course, rosemary.
And that’s just to name a few.
So swing bye, say “Hi,” and say yes to gin. It’s what’s for summer.
