Now imagine you have the power to taste abstracts and concepts.

What then do you think Spring in Oregon would taste like?

What is we were to tell you that there are hints of strawberries, pickled rhubarb, grilled asparagus, feta cheese, aged balsamic vinegar and, for some crunch, a bunch of Marcona almonds, all spread over a bed of baby spinach grown by our friends at Millennium Farms.

Would that be about right?

We think so. And we think you will, too. Come by and try it with a nice afternoon glass of rose.
