We’ve just unveiled two new cheeseburgers that our kitchen team has been test-driving for the last couple of weeks.
Both of them, like all our burgers, come with half-pound patties ground from a single-sourced cow on Grand Central Bakery brioche buns.
But that’s where the similarities end.
First up: our Bánh Mì Burger.
What’s its story? Think red jalapeños, long crunchy carrot shoots, daikon relish, chopped lettuce, cilantro, Sriracha aioli and braised bacon.

also comes with thick slices of braised bacon, as well as guacamole, deep fried jalapeños, lettuce, tomatoes and chipotle aioli, plus cheddar and cotija cheeses. And, the patty gets a heavy dose of south of the border seasonings long before it hits the flatop grill.
Come on in and say hello to your new not-so-little friends and dig in. Just remember to ask for extra napkins. You’re gonna need ‘em.
